TEETER is a gigantic human-powered kinetic light sculpture that is a four person teeter-totter debuting at Burning Man 2018.

Stephen Powell has had a lifelong love for kinetic art.  After a career in theater and film production, he earned his MFA at Indiana University, where he built a 100' long teeter-totter. Among others, he built a commissioned 54' high kinetic sculpture in Bloomington, IN that has five 40' long wind-driven pointers that change color as they move.  He also built "Skywell" at The Soap Factory in Minneapolis, an 80' deep pit with the sky mysteriously at the bottom.
