1991 to 2010 Professor of Art, Ceramics. State University of New York (SUNY) @ New Paltz, New Paltz, NY. Responsible for: hiring faculty; developing curriculum for both Undergraduate and Graduate, accredited degree programs in Ceramics; teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in Ceramics and Professional Development. Initiated Internship programs with such entities as The Koehler Company, Moravian Pottery and Tile Works, Eva Zeisel Design Studio's, etc.

1987 to 1991 Executive and Artistic Director, Pewabic Pottery, Detroit, MI. Provide the vision, leadership and fund-raising expertise for this multi-programmatic, historic ceramic facility. Responsible for thirty-two member staff and thirty-two-member board of trustee's. As a non-profit, 70% of the $1.2 million budget was earned, 30% raised through private and public donations.

1979 to 1984 Visual Arts Consultant, Artpark, Lewiston, NY. Responsible for programming Visual Artists and activities during the ten week summer season. Managed budgets for Artist honoraria, project materials, supplies, equipment and facilities budgets. Liaison for all Visual Arts Public Relations activities.
