Estefania is the Co Director of EntreFlamenco Company and EntreFlamenco Dance Space based in San Antonio, Texas. EntreFlamenco Company is the leading Flamenco dance company in the US and tours extensively internationally.

Mrs. Ramirez began dancing at the early age of four studying classical ballet, tap and jazz dance. At sixteen, she began working in the professional dance environment, continuing her professional development in 1992 she traveled to London, England and performed at the Royal Albert Hall. Estefania was put into contact with Bill Evans and was awarded a scholarship to attend the University of New Mexico. At UNM she focused on the study of modern dance and was a member of the dance company where she first encountered the art of flamenco. Taken by the art form, she began intensive dance training with Flamenco's most prestigious artists from Spain and the United States. 

With UNM 's flamenco dance company Estefania became a soloist touring throughout the southwest and Mexico. Upon completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Dance, she began touring nationally with Pablo Rodarte's Dance España as the principal female dancer for which she received great reviews. With MARIA BENITEZ TEATRO FLAMENCO Estefania toured extensively in the U.S. and Canada where she performed in such venues as; Jacob's Pillow, Santa Fe Stages, Club Maria Benitez. She was featured on PBS's Evening at the Pops accompanied by the Boston Pops conducted by Keith Lockhart, the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet and Mezzo-Soprano Denyce Graves. As a freelance artist she worked as a performer, choreographer and instructor throughout the United States, Canada Panama, Colombia and Spain. In Seville (Spain) she worked with Maestro Jose Galvan and his Cuadro Flamenco with whom she was presented as a soloist throughout Southern Spain. In Valencia (Spain) she worked as a dance professor at the Centro Valenciano de Danza and movement theory teacher for the Ministry of Culture and Education. She founded and directed JORNADAS FLAMENCAS, an annual flamenco music and dance festival subsudized by the city of Castellón de la Plana (Spain). Estefania has also participated as the co-director of TEMPLE, a professional flamenco music and dance company that was included on a granted bill by the government of Valencia from 2002-2005. TEMPLE was presented and widely acclaimed in various Flamenco Festivals on the Mediterranean coast. Estefania has been recognized with great success as the principal female soloist in the production FLAMENCO EN VIVO with the Antonio Granjero Dance Company. From 2009-2010 she has worked as principal female soloist with the company Carlota Santana's Flamenco Vivo.
